"Exactly! This means that the witness did not see the moment of the crime!"

-Lawyer-

-Witness-

"IT DOESN'T MATTER! THE DEFENDANT KILLED A MAN!" He had lost it.

[Jenny]

I stared at my lawyer. Why did the goverment give me such a crappy lawyer. OHHH, maybe it's because they think I'm crappy. OH, OH, NICEEE.

But I still won anyways with out that stupid piece of ass that I have to call a 'laywer'

-Zach-

"Then... Tell me this... What type of gun did the man have?"

-Witness-

He is beyond losing it. He's insane "WHAT DOES IT MATTER?!" He gets up on the witness stand and rips off a false hair piece and throws it at me.

-Judge-

"ORDER IN MY COURT! BAILIFF! GET THIS WITNESS OUT OF MY COURT!"

-Zach-

I sat back down at my chair "I rest my case, Your Honor"

-Prosecution-

"GAH!" He slams his fist into his table.

-Judge-

"It seems, as the prosecution has no farther evidence, that the defendant, Jenny Yin, is..."

-Wittness-

"HOLD I-"

-Bailiff-

Whacks witness with baton.

-Judge-

"Not Guilty"

[I'm stopping right there, because that was a lot of text]

[Jenny]

I huff out my stress.

"Phew, got that passed" I mutter to myself, but really, I was thinking, that witness is really a retard.

-Lawyer-

"Good thing I won that case"

-Zach-

"No. You just sat there saying 'Like, oh my god I knew that, wow I'm like, amazing!' while I won the case"

-Judge-

"Zach Hammer will recieve credit for winning this case, as he was the one making the objections, unlike the REAL lawyer"

-Prosecution-

"I can't believe I lost to a child..."

-Zach-

"I'm not a child"

[Jenny]

I turned my head to Zach.

"You know, it makes me wonder why our goverment gave us this stupid laywer" I say.

-Zach-

"Well, remember: Obama's president" I get up, because court was over.

-Lawyer-

"I think I did pretty good, this was my first day on the job"

-Zach-

I looked at the lawyer "No wonder you suck"

-Lawyer-

"They sent me here only because she's chinese"

[OH MY GAWD]

[Jenny]

"Well, ch'ea. He's going to already ruin the world at 2012" I say as Zack and I get up.

AS the lawyer mentions that it was his first day, I face palmed. WHY, SUCH A STUPID, LAWYER.

After Zach and the lawyer had a short convo, he mentions that he was sent here only because I was Chinese.

"Ooh, ooh okay! That just makes the world a bit more racist" I say, looking way.

-Zach-

"The sooner I get away from this moron lawyer the better" I walk out of the court room and the lawyer starts gathering his stuff.

[Jenny]

I walked off with Zach, looking back, only to see the court once more, and then looked forward.

-Zach-

"Now that your name is cleared, could you tell your parents I'm not a punk, your dad saw me by the crime scene and called me a punk"

[Jenny]

"Hehe.. Yeah, sure.. I'm going off to 7 Eleven for a snack. You need anything?" I ask.

-Zach-

"Why don't I just come with you?" with a smile "Oh, and... Do your parents know about... what happened that one night?"

[Jenny]

I smile along with him.

"No, I don't think they ever will anyway" I say.

-Zach-

"Good, let's just hope my brother doesn't show the tape he has of it to either of our parents"

[Jenny]

I sigh. "Why does that guy have to watch us everywhere?" I ask.

-Zach-

"He's a perv" I sigh "I used to think life wasn't worth living... Then I met you..."

[Jenny]

I smile at him and give him a quick kiss on the check.

"Surprises can come at anytime in life. And waiting is your key" I say.

"Come on, lets go" I say, walking down the streets to 7 Eleven.

[Gotta go, bed]

"Okay" I walk with her to the 7/11.

(Kay, bye)

[Jenny]

Once we arrived at 7 Eleven, I walk inside with Zach and look around at the shelfs for some intresting snacks.

"Four layer cookie ice cream cake? That's just weird"

[Jenny]

I had already zoomed off with a bag of gummy bears and a large slushie, and walked back to Zach.

"Well I already got my treats" I say.

-Zach-

"That was... Fast" I get a slushie and come back "I'm not too much into snacks, just the drinks that rot teeth out"

[Jenny]

"Eh, I don't have these kind of treats that common, so I take em' while I can" I say.

-Zach-

"Yeah... Same..." I take a big slurp of the slushie "So, any site of Mr. Weirdo lately?"
