School Dance

[Day of the week?]

[Wednesday, the dance is on a Friday]

Brynn sat on her porch, munching on an animal cracker. She loved crackers more than her dog. That died. Like, ten years ago.

[Chung]

As I watch Annchi scurry out, she hangs up and puts the phone in her pocket, she goes up to me.

"She won't answert, where is she?!"

"I don't know, but what's the dead guy doing there?" I say, pointing to the dead guy.

Annchi shrugs at me.

-Zach-

I picked up one of the guns, and then started walking blindly looking fo evidence, which brings me into the sight of one of Jenny's parents [I think that's who they are]

[Chung]

"Come on, lets go in, see if he did any damage in there" I said, then went inside the house, searching up every room.

"At least she cleaned the dishes.." I said when I was in the kitchen.

-Zach-

I press a button and the clip of the gun pops out, I examin it, then put it back in and accidently pull the trigger *BOOSHAHHH* [That's the sound I hear from a gun XD] "WHOA!" I jump back, still holding the gun. [The bullet just hits a tree]

[Chung]

"WHAAAAA?!" I shouted, dashing out the door, only to see this punk kid with a gun hitting MY tree.

"HEY YOU LITTLE PUNK! GET OFF MY DAMN PROPERTY!" I yelled.

-Zach-

"Wait! It's not what you think!" I dropped the gun.

[Chung]

"JUST GET OFF MY DAMN PROPERTY YOU PUNK ASS KID!" I shouted again, pointing at him, giving a glare.

-Zach-

Not wanting to leave, as I may not get a chance to get evidence again "Look: Jenny is in trouble, I'm trying to get evidence for a court trial tomarrow and the police thinks she killed someone"

[Chung]

Seems that punk ass kid was giving me some truth. I dash over to the jail, without my wife, only to quickly see what's going on with Jenny. If she's in god damn trouble, I better find out why.

-Zach-

I get some evidence, then get home without anyone noticing I was gone. What would Jenny do without a good attorney? At least he/she would be free.

[We can Time Skip whenever you're ready. We time skip to the defendant lobby the next day. School was off for Zach and Jenny on the day of the trial]

(Timeskip already)

[Jenny]

As I was brought to the court, I looked around, and seemingly, didn't look half bad. I've never been to one anyways, but anywhoo, that police brought me to my own chair, and I sat down.

[Okay. I'm going to make this simple and cut through the crap that we don't need]

-Zach-

Before the trial began, I looked to Jenny [Jenny, Zach, and the lawyer are sitting at the Defense Stand] "I translated what you said" I smiled.

[Court starts after Jenny's response]

[Jenny]

I smile at him.

"I really do, and you know that" I say, then look up at the judge.

"Might as well it started.." I mutter.

^Court begins, we don't need details, a witness come in, blah blah blah, testimony start^

-Witness-

"I could clearly see a man on a motorcycle driving around the defendant's house, and heard no noise besides the roaring of the engine, then the defendant comes out and kills the man"

-Lawyer [Notice what's wrong?]-

"Uhm" He looks over to Jenny "I got nothing"

-Zach-

I look to lawyer "Are you serious? You idiot" I jumped up and yelled "OBJECTION!"

[I want Jenny's response before continuing]

[Jenny]

That lawyer sucks ass.. How.. Why did we even get HIM? Oh my god. I facepalmed, only to make put my hand down and turn my head to Zach.

"Back me up here" I whisper.

-Zach-

"The witness should have heard the gunshots, as there were bullets and guns at the crime scene!"

-Witness-

He is shocked.

-Prosecution-

"The witness still has a valid point: He saw the defendant murder the man"

-Zach-

"Wrong! This completely destroys the witness's story!"

[Jenny]

I looked left and right, purplexed and curious. I wonder if we we're recored. I looked up at the top left and right corners of the court. Yeaah, we were recorded..

-Lawyer-

"Erm, I knew that"

-Zach-

"I demand this witness retestify!"

-Judge-

"Uhm, normally we have the real lawyer cross examin the witness, but since you have a point: Witness, retestify to the court"

-Witness-

"I heard the gunshots, yes, but I only kept in the details that were important, so I skipped those things, but I still saw the defendant murder the man"

-Zach-

I shook my head "You're forgetting one thing... HOW did she murder him?" with a smile of 'Oh yeah, I'm winning'

-Witness-

"Kk-rak..." He was about to lose it "She took his gun and shot him!"

[I'm going to let Jenny respond or do something here, then continue]

(Wait, I can state my opinion, right? o3o)

[Yeah]

[Jenny]

"OBJECTION!(Lolyay)" I cried out.

"If I HAD used the gun, another gun shot would have been made, AND the blood would be actual evidence to say I had used the gun. But, I had used my fist to uppercut his nose, showing no blood at all!"
